Delegate Exposure
Delegates will be arriving from 7:30am on Thursday morning to register.
Meal breaks and coffee will be served in the foyer/ trade exhibition area outside the session rooms P10 & P11.
Join the delegates for the Welcome Reception on Thursday afternoon on the North Terrace Deck, Plaza Level.
Breakfast and barista coffee will be served from 7:30am on Friday morning for those who wish to arrive early.
There will be a maximum of only 12 sponsors to maximize delegate exposure for you.

On the day
- Bump in from 6:30am Thursday 21st May
- Bump out from 3:00pm Friday 22nd May
- The trade tables will be numbered and have your company logo on it
- Power supply will be provided
- BCEC staff will bring your equipment over early Thursday morning for set up
