Who should attend?
We invite FACEMs, trainees, emergency nursing, paramedics and other professionals working in emergency departments to join us for the Queensland Autumn Symposium.
Getting there
We would highly recommend if you are travelling to Brisbane to book your accommodation early and use public transport to and from the venue.
The Autumn Symposium conference rooms P10 and P11 at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre are located on the PLAZA level (colour coded RED).
Complementary WiFi at BCEC
Complementary WiFi is available for all Autumn Symposium delegates within the centre. WiFi is delivered by in-house wireless access points (WAP's) and provides coverage throughout the venue.
Would like to present? Submit an abstract
We would also encourage Fellows to consider presenting their research within the free paper session, and thus take the opportunity to share the results of their work with local colleagues first. Refer to abstract page for more details. Abstract submissions is now closed.
Let's get together
Finally, the Autumn Symposium continues to be a great forum for Queensland Fellows and trainees to catch up with colleagues and meet with presenters.
Join us for the Welcome Reception on Thursday afternoon at 4:45pm for canapés and light refreshments.
Accreditation
The Autumn Symposium has been accredited for CPD/PDP points with the following Colleges. We will submit your record of attendance to the respective Colleges to award you your hours/ points. A certificate of attendance can be supplied on request.
