23rd and 24th May 2019

All Delegates

We invite FACEMs, trainees, emergency nursing, paramedics and other professionals working in Emergency Departments to join us for this two-day Queensland Emergency Medicine Autumn Symposium.

We would highly recommend if you are travelling to Brisbane to book your accommodation early and use public transport.

Complementary WiFi at BCEC

Complementary WiFi is available for all Sympodium delegates within the BCEC. WiFi is deleivered by in-house wireless access points (WAP's) and provides coverage throughout the venue.

Information for FACEMs

On behalf of the ACEM QLD Faculty organising committee, we once again welcome all QLD Fellows to attend this year's symposium.

We have worked hard to provide a program that is clinically relevant to your practice in Queensland based on the feedback from previous evaluation survey results to deliver this year a venue and a program that will exceed your expectations.

Hear from your colleagues with a special interest or expertise, present on a variety of practical and sometimes controversial topics.

The high level panel discussion will certainly create debate, interest and lasting impressions.

We would also encourage Fellows to consider presenting their research within the free paper session; and thus take the opportunity to share the results of their work with local colleagues first.

Finally, the symposium continues to be a great forum for QLD Fellows to simply 'catch up' with colleagues. Join us for the Twilight Welcome Reception on Thursday early evening @ 5pm for canapés and light refreshments.

We look forward to seeing you in May!
